Por fin Airfix ha sacado su Blackburn Buccaneer S.2C con molde nuevo de 2019. Esta nueva maqueta tiene muchas ventajas sobre la antigua, comenzando por las líneas de panel negativas frente las líneas positivas en el antiguo, cabina detallada con asientos más logrados, instrumentos representados con calcas y pilotos decentes, trae la bodega detallada con opción de dejarla abierta aunque no incluye demasiado armamento para equiparla, tan solo dos bombas de caída libre y dos lanzacohetes subalares.
Airfix has finally released its Blackburn Buccaneer S.2C with a new 2019 mould. This new model has many advantages over the old one, starting with the engraved panel lines versus the recessed lines in the old one, detailed cabin with finest seats, instruments represented with decals and decent pilots, brings a detailed bomb bay with the option to leave it open although it does not include too much armament to load on, only two free fall bombs and two underwing rocket launchers.

CONCLUSIÓN
Se trata de una maqueta actualizada de un avión exótico con muchas detalles, por ahora el mejor Buccaneer 1/72 del mercado, aunque el precio es un poco elevado. Uno de los puntos más atractivos son las alas abatibles con todo lujo de detalles al igual que el Phantom que sacaron hace dos años.
Ahora hay que esperar al Buccaneer de la RAF con decoraciones de la Guerra del Golfo ´91 y armamento más moderno.
This is an updated model of an exotic plane with many details, actually the best Buccaneer 1/72 in the market, although the price is a little high. One of the most attractive points are the folding wings with all luxury of details like the Phantom that they took out two years ago.
Now we have to wait for the RAF Buccaneer with 91´Gulf War decorations and more modern weaponry.
